WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?

All around Australia and New Zealand. 

POSTAGE TO NEW ZEALAND: FREE (minimum spend $40, or standard nz post prices will apply)

POSTAGE AROUND AUSTRALIA: FREE (minimum spend $80, or standard nz post prices will apply)

Although we offer free shipping (minimum spend $40), we can not control the time it takes for your package to get to you. So please be mindful of this. We will do everything we can to make sure any questions are answered about your package getting to you, so please do not hesitate to reach out. 


WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Your order can take up to 1 - 2 business days to be processed and shipped after your order has been received.

For Domestic orders please expect a delivery time of 5 - 7 days.
For International orders expect a delivery time of 7-14 days.

Due to COVID our postal service is experiencing delays and cannot guarantee these delivery times. We apologise for any inconvenience.

WHAT DOES PRE-ORDER MEAN?

PRE-ORDER means that particular product is NOT in-stock. You still have the option to purchase, you will just have to wait 2-4 weeks before receiving that item (after payment has cleared)

 

WHAT IS A CHRISTMAS PRE-ORDER?

A pre-order is a product you pay for that is not in stock at the moment, a Christmas Pre-Order just means the product will be delivered to you in time for Christmas.

WHAT IF I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS IN? 

If you give us the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing info@missythreads.com. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can easily change your address.  

If we have already sent your parcel, a $20 ‘return to sender’ fee will be charged.
